Nemo Delivery

Rather than wait the usual 4-6 weeks for delivery, your Nemo mattress will be with you within 7 working days.  We have partnered with a leading provider of home delivery services, specialising in delivering furniture.

Home Delivery Terms

1. Every care is taken to protect the products and your home from damage. However, there is always risk.

2.  During a delivery, the crew will assess the path to the designated delivery point. If the path is unsafe or they feel it is possible the product or your property will be damaged, they will ask you to sign a disclaimer removing any liability from Millbrook or the delivery partner.

3. Alternatively, they will deliver and unpack to hallway only if you agree.

4. If you request the packaging is removed prior to delivery, no liability will be accepted for damage that may occur thereafter.

5. It is your responsibility to protect your home and its contents. Safety footwear cannot be removed by the delivery crew, therefore, floors should be covered. Pictures and ornaments etc. to the delivery point should be removed by you. The delivery crews are not allowed to handle your property.

6. Any loose tiles, boards, slabs, fixtures or fittings will be pointed out to you before delivery.

7. It is also important to note, no delivery company can insure a customer’s home. If any damage is alleged, it will need to be noted on the POD and claimed through the householder’s insurance who will look to mitigate any costs against the public liability policy of the delivery partner should they be judged to be at fault.

8. Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of the delivery. Claims after this date or claims after a POD has been signed and any claims where you have signed a disclaimer will not be accepted.

9. If a POD is signed “unchecked”, neither Millbrook nor the delivery partner will accept any liability for damage and claims will not be upheld on this basis.

Nemo Tracked Delivery

Our delivery partner will make contact with you by text message, email/ phone call to arrange a suitable day for delivery, offering the next day, after they collect the products from our factory, or a later date of your choice.

You will be sent details of how to track the progress of the delivery on the day it is due.

When booking you will be advised the time slot of 8am – 8pm, however, if we have your mobile number or email address on our system a 2 hour window is sent out to you the evening before the delivery date around 8/9pm.
