It does kill more than one million sea birds and 100,000 marine animals each year.
THE NEMO SOLUTION
In each of our innovative mattresses they are made using 300 plastic bottles. That’s 300 bottles which don’t end up being dumped in landfill or chocking the life out of our oceans.
By the end of this year we’ll have repurposed over eight million plastic bottles. By the end of 2022, this will grow to over 16 million bottles.
What’s more, our mattresses are designed to be completely and easily recycled, preserving valuable materials and repurposing them into other products.
We can’t solve the plastic problem overnight, but we can all help to keep our world greener and our oceans cleaner.

The pellets are transformed into thread used throughout the Nemo mattress.
